I can't even imagine what you're going through right now - but I can definitely empathise with the 'Waiting Game' it seems like God has us play sometimes. It seems like the more urgent and terrible the situation is the longer He tells us to wait on Him (or maybe that's just our human perception clouding our vision). Sometimes it just feels like the noose is ever tightening and every small respite to catch your breath only serves to make the pressure worse whenever it is over.

What you've been going through with your brother has been hell. As I'm sure you are all too aware God is using it to help you grow - but I'm sure you can't help but wish it could happen another way. At this point I would offer condolences such as "All things work together for the good" or platitudes such as "It will all come out alright in the end" - but having been in similar situations before, I know just how empty such tritisms can be, no matter how kindly meant. So I will simply tell you that the hearts and minds of my family is with you in prayer (and with your entire family). I pray that the situation will be resolved and resolved quickly. God be with you, my friend!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
